Estelle Métayer is an entrepreneur and a trend-spotter with expertise in improving strategic decision-making processes to avoid strategic blindspots. She is the President of Competia and advises executive teams, CEOs, and their boards. Ms. Métayer is an adjunct professor at McGill University, a guest lecturer at IMD (Switzerland), and national academic director for the Institute of Corporate Directors on Boards’ Oversight of Technology. She worked at McKinsey, CAE, ING Bank in Poland, and Grands Moulins de Paris (France/UK).
Ms. Métayer is an active member of various boards, including Nortera, (Food-Canada), which she chairs, Bombardier Recreational Products (TSX:DOO -Nasdaq: $DOOO), Audemars Piguet (watch manufacturer-Switzerland), Ivanhoe Cambridge, and Martur Fompak (automotive-Turkiye) representing the IFC/World Bank.
