With more than 20 years of experience in the digital sector, Caroline Roy has in-depth knowledge of designing and implementing digital strategies that aim to meet clients’ ever-changing needs while supporting the business’s accelerated growth. She is the Vice-PresidentDigital and Special Projects at the National Bank of Canada. She also has solid expertise in creating new innovative entities in a constantly changing environment.
 
Before joining the National Bank, she worked at FIZZ, a subsidiary of Videotron, where she was responsible for the creation and launch of this new Canadian mobile and Internet service provider. She also held digital leadership positions at Québecor and Sun Media and was the Director of TVA Interactive at Groupe TVA.
 
Ms. Roy, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce/E-Commerce from McGill University, is a creative leader who knows how to build and rally multidisciplinary teams around a transformation project.
